Just to clarify since I can't edit the post anymore (can you tell I'm not on here often?):
Right now we only use coolship caught microbes but some of our beers are done in solera vessels - a good technique but we want to move into 100% spontaneous meaning from the coolship into a steamed barrel that has no microbes in it already from the previous batch.

FWIW though, Casey, Black Project, Crooked Stave, TRVE, Arlo, Baere (fruit sours) are all equal or higher $/oz... I've been seeing a lot of fruited sours in 375ml format for $13-$14 range, I would say AC Golden sours in the $22 range for a 22oz. is in line with everything else (now).

I was thinking they were more than $22, but I honestly haven't been looking at the price tags all that much either. At $22, that's definitely no worse than anything else out there.

Right, you could potentially order them online but you can't buy them locally, even at the brewery, unless you wait in line for a release. :/ I'm fairly certain that BP didn't intend for that to happen.

Not quite the same as a retail bottle on the shelf, but I saw bottles of BP's Lunex at Freshcraft over the weekend.
