Second beer was a Jubelale now onto another CO classic for #3. Really enjoy these new batches of this and Tweak where they dialed the abv down a couple... feel like this is my 'if it's too loud then you're too old moment' lol. Cheers brethern!!

I blasted both these albums when I first got a badass car stereo back in '94

 

I have been looking for this one for probably a month. My guess is this is the night cap for the evening.

 

That's actually disappointing to learn. And, unless they changed the BJCP Guidelines, that beer is now a Double IPA, not a Triple IPA. (The cut-off is 10% for a "D-IPA".) I agree, the previous recipe totally worked. wow.

It landed in Ohio and NY and still no sightings here in PA. I called my local distributor last week and this week and still nothing. A little frustrating and we seem to always get it after everyone else here in the Mid-Atlantic. C'mon PA - time to rise up and revolt! ( It seems to be the "in thing" these days. )

I usually try to get at least two cases, we'll see where it goes this year.

Yep I was very surprised and disappointed also. Didn't even know they had changed anything but right when I took the first sip I could taste a difference. Then saw the ABV change. Really is a similar beer and is still awesome but I'd buy a sixer before grabbin two cases.
