Good morning/afternoon BAs! Another typical day here in NE PA - cool and raining. Today's New Breakfast Beer:



Decent but not remarkable.

 

Such an amazing brew here. Dois Corvos - Horácio Muscateer. A Belgian Pale Ale barrel aged in Moscatel wine barrels.

 

5% alcohol. 20 IBU. Introduced in 2017. Certified Kosher

Goodmorning BA no work today so that means lot of juice cheers

 

Brew day! Well, second one in a row. Last night was a one gallon batch of an American Wheat that's going to be infused with Constant Comment tea (per Wife's request). This morning is a five gallon batch of a Tripel. I was going to do a Hefeweizen, but my local olace had a sale on the tripel extract kit. Five gallons of Belgian goodness for $20.

While brewing, I'm Relaxing, Not Worrying, and Having a Homebrew. My previous batch, a Best Brown clone.

I'm having some juice this morning



I'm supposed to work tonight, but I'm going in late so I can catch my son's last Freshman baseball game of the season. It's the conference championship and they are playing at Bosse Field. It was built in 1915 and "recently" updated in 1991 for the filming of A League of Their Own. It's the third oldest park in the country that is still being used for professional baseball. Enough of that. Enjoy your day and whatever is in your glass.
