the fish sandwich is really good, so is the meatloaf burger. Maybe the tacos get dropped?

Don't think they'd ever drop the coconut curry, the hipsters need their vegan fix

No way. The tacos are the best thing there's no way they can drop the tacos

I actually think the curry is good too, but could live without it if we had to lose something. Hermosillo menu survivor

Damn I go to Hermosillo once or twice a month for lunch and have yet to see this amazing quesadilla....hopefully it's on the menu when I stop in tomorrow (right after ordering some bottles). As amazing as all the dishes are though imo, I pretty much consistently get either the fried pickles or brussels sprouts followed by the pork belly tacos every time. Too good to pass up.

Hahah, there's a hint up above. i.e. I liked only @swanfungus' post. But Ross said they're not 100% sure on what they're dropping. I always thought the fish sandwich was redundant since I prefer the chicken sandwich and Ross suggested that it was their slowest seller.

went tonight. elote quesadilla is amazing. hopefully that will help me with talking my girlfriend into going there more

thought Hulk was so so. hate to say. Extremely Certified was quite nice

when we gonna get more Hello LA? as an aside, I think it would be cool if HPB did a bunch of different versions of Hello LA. like, they did Hola LA. they should do some other cultural regions. possibilities are endless...

Da fuq!? The smoked ham and brie sandwich is gone? That was my favorite thing on the menu. I knew it had been too damn long since I'd paid Beachwood a visit... Damn shame.

Loved the Rueben fritters. Actually I think I divulged my love for them previously in this thread.

One thing I never understood, why are there no fries on the menu? Need some dang fries.

My suggestion of the fish sandwich has nothing to do with the quality of said sandwich. It being the only item on the menu I've never ordered speaks more to personal preference than the quality of the dish, which i'm sure is on par with everything else they serve. In terms of menu construction I could see the grilled cheese sandwich being removed as well, but again that's personal preference as I can make a pretty damned good iteration of a grilled cheese at home, so I rarely order one when I go out.

There's no way the tacos can leave the menu. Those along with fried chicken (or hot chicken when it's offered as a special) and the polenta bites are probably the most common things I order.

I've never ordered either of the dessert items. How about they keep the fish sandwich and the grilled cheese and remove one of those!

No no no no! My fear is that they might touch the sandwich since the guy made a comment about them tinkering with the menu.

    Oh god, I hope I didn't start a rumor.

The fish sandwich used to be a temporary item which they made permanent at some point. I think it's excellent and great for folks with certain dietary restrictions.

The tinkering took place a month or so ago, it was a lot of appetizers, for instance:
-Mac & cheese now has ham, garlic and different cheeses
    -Wings now have fermented veggies
    -Trio of dips
    -Pimento cheese balls
    -Latkes
    -Tri-Tip Pastrami (this one's solid)

There might've been a few others but while I do go there often, I haven't fully memorized the menu.

the only thing that could make the tacos better than they already are would be the addition of avocado slices
