Question for @kodt and everyone else around entering with your guest for tickets. Sent the below this morning and got this reply back...

Tickets are in my name. Am I allowed to enter fest solo, then leave to get my guest who may be arriving later in day, then enter the fest in main line together since he will need to enter with me?

I know I will not be able to use the re-entry line for myself, but want to make sure I can enjoy the fest early potentially, before then going and getting my guest.

My buddy has group D tickets and will be there early in morning, but his guest won't be making it till early afternoon. He should be able to enter on his own with tickets in his name earlier in morning, no?

 

Veteran of many big fests but first DLD! Called today and got a room at the Hampton Inn for Friday...which surprised me. I probably have that room beside the share, the one no one wants Anyway, I'm reading all about these insane shares. I have HF Anna, Dorothy, Everett, 16 Huna, Black Note, WW Red Angel and a few others, Last Snow, more but these would be the highlights. How does this work...just bring 'em to the parking lot and see who wants to pop some bottles? Or is it shares in everyone's rooms with people you know?

 

I feel very bad for the guy that gets so drunk he wakes up pregnant...

 

The share is in the breakfast area/lobby of the hotel. The hotel doesn't mind.
