Darklord Day 2017

I'm sure entirely way too many.

 

I am almost halfway there and all have been in here... I just officially joined at the end of March!
(edit: ok, not half way to 1000... but it feels like it. lol)

 

I'm in need of a little help here. Wingman bounced last minute and the mrs is booked. Im looking for any group of ba's to hang out with. I'm really looking for an earlier group as I'm E and would like someone to assist me through the allotment process. I plan on being there around 7:00 am.

I will be bringing at a minimum....

I will also bring some Wicked Weed(pre buyout) stuff with me as well as a bunch of others of similar caliber.

Yea, that's what I figured. I bought two gallons for my party of four, though if they had fountains, I would just bring the one and reuse it. I mean, it's a good cause, but I wouldn't wind to keep shelling out $5 for a 20oz of water every hour or two.

 

I think it's $1 per bottle.

 

I thought it was a suggested donation. But I could be wrong.

 

So I would imagine I could bring my own case of water no problem then?

 

Don't see why not. Could get some nice pours with all that water.

2.5 more hours at work. I honestly don't think I've ever needed a beer this bad. Leaning towards drinking a Bourbon County when I get home.

 

2 hours left for me. Though I think I'm gonna cut out at 3. I'm refraining from any beer prior to the morning.

 

Just got a midday snack of BA Big Hugs and a Benthic at Local Option. Debating if I can nap in my hammock before that Forbidden Root is tapped at 4... gotta hit it early so I can re-hydrate and fall asleep early. Proper planning! No time for amateurs!

I've brought in a sealed gallon or two and never had any issue. Shit, if anything, I figured the volunteers would see it and be like, "This guy is doing it smart."

 

I'm a bartender at a local brewery, I have to work tonight. It could be worse, last year I closed the night before DLD. Didn't get out until nearly 4am and then woke up at 7 to drive to Munster. I'm not closing tonight!!!!! Still gonna be a long shift though...

I've never attended Dark Lord Day and don't ever plan to, but I'd like to say that I've gotten immense enjoyment out of every post of the last 179 pages. Everything from the 3F vs FFF acronym debates, Ja Rule, garbage can guy pictures, and of course Dragon Abortion has been wildly entertaining and cannot wait to read all about the conclusion of this emotional roller coaster you've all been riding since October.
