Wooden Hell Release 2017

That rubbed me the wrong way too. I also think the pre-sale was severely limited to generate hype.

With past releases, you could hit them on the way home from work without any stress, but that "4 second sell out" could ruin that for a lot of people. I'm just looking forward to trying it on tap.

 

I was planning to go but bailed on it just because of the drama they seem to be trying to generate. Should be interesting to hear how it plays out.

Not sure exactly what he is referring to, but they have been playing up the fact that the first bottling got up to $450 on the secondary market, etc... which seems like they are trying to build the hype.

 

Yup, and the whole "sold out presale in 4 seconds" thing feels off to me like they only had 50 presale tix or something. I could be totally wrong and I wish them the best but couldn't see spending 1/2 a day in line over it myself.

 

My ex works at the bank across the street from Flossmoor. I asked her this week if there isn't a line when she gets off can she pick me up a bottle. She texted me at 11am saying there was already a line, I laughed.

 

It's a nice day and all but that still elicits a 'wow'. Will it be 5 hours better than a bottle of Straight Jacket? My bet is on no.

 

Word. I don't know why I even keep ticking BABW's that aren't SJ. It's just the best
