Hard pass on Thai speedway but that private stock ale sounds great

The cask this evening.....while not on the levels of coconut as hawaiian cask (for those that were fortunate enough to get a pour) this shit was damn tasty. Chocolate coconut with a side of speedway. Damn delicious.

Damn! Why is Pizza Port waiting till the 15th to release?

At least I'll get some of those trusty Untappd reviews .

Are those going to be brewery only releases or are they going to see Pizza Port can distro?

From their email blast back on May 3rd -

"(Will be available in June on draft and in 12oz canned 6-packs nationwide)"

Awesome, looks like for some reason I'm not on their mailing list. Time to rectify that. *tip of the cap*

Anyone recall the currently available barrel aged bottles to go?

    Much appreciated.

Welp, shouldn't come as a shocker to anyone but when you have Alesmith and PizzaPort collab on a TIPA it is going to be damn good. And it is.

Smooth, dry, yet citrus all the way through, slight bitter bite on the backend. Absolutely delicious.

    $14.99 / 6pk of 12oz cans.

Available at Alesmith only (I believe) right now. Pizza Ports I am hearing next week, and then distro I would bet shortly thereafter based on their May 3rd email blast. (distro time is only a guess on my part)

Barrel-aged Private Stock is great, perfect for the June gloom. I noticed they were selling bottles of the '14 Olde Ale, which I had to pick up just based on how much I've been enjoying the BA version from that year.

So Velvet is the next release right?

I would bet this would be just like the previous Velvet release in that Alesmith just brews it and removes themselves from the actual sale part.

Yeah, Velvet goes through urge. Likely very limited and expensive.

It was pretty close to normal BA Speedway variant pricing.

Ah I'm probably getting confused because I think I might have gone VIP ticket for batch 1.
