It's the time of year when I cold brew batches of coffee concentrate to make ice coffee. I had a little too much to fit in the jug so I put it (about a shot) into the bottom of my snifter. On that I poured the LT Unearthed Stout. It wasn't a bad "poor man's" version of a coffee stout.

Here I've been looking for tasty coffee-beer cocktails, and I think I just found mine. I'll have to give something like that a whirl. I generally steep quite a bit of cold coffee in the summer. Even though I prefer hot coffee, iced coffee is nice to come home to, especially if you don't feel like running the AC hard.
