This, THIS, is the most wrongest statement you have ever made. In the entirety of your existence.

Where I'm from is closer to Toronto, Pittsburgh, and Cleveland than it is NYShitty or Boston.

Touch, without warning, at your own risk.

I can probably make it, if only to see how some of your faces match up with your posting histories.

If you were to bring a pedestrian Sorachi Ace I would be very happy. Don't travel to the East Coast much any more and this is a beer that I miss.....

I'm clear at work that day, so I am in! Do we have a time frame for this hootenanny yet?

@NWer , do you want me to bring those Wander bottles I picked up for you?

@beertunes, yeah and I'll bring the deGarde & HotD stuff I picked up for you unless you have a trip to Whitewall planned anytime soon.

Time frame is up to @Texwild and whatever works best for the hosting facility. I prefer early to mid afternoon so i can get home in time to help put down the baby but could make anything work.

If it's early to mid afternoon, I can probably make it. I've got a conflict in the evening, so I was not chiming in on this thread, but the afternoon would be good.

IMHO, a Noon-4 is a good rough time line. Inevitably there will be some lingering after. 4 hours gives folks of coming or going whenever, but still have enough time to socialize and try plenty of beers.

How about Noon-3pm? We're releasing our Perennial collaboration that same day and I need to show up before Noon and after our event...maybe I can get Phil and Emily to stop by our event also.

Is 30 a good number? More than that and it's work :slight_frown:

We have so many events in June that my whole team is drawn off on other work so it's just me on set up and clean up...

We might be an unruly and insensitive bunch, but we'd never leave our host with a mess to clean up. If there's anything we can do to assist in setup/tear down, please ask. I'm sure some of us can even arrive early to help, if needed.

I'm having trouble editing the spreadsheet on my phone, from the road. Can somebody add me to the list? I'll fill in details later, when I can.

@EdwardAbbey I saw your spreadsheet entry volunteering to back out of the event if too crowded. No way! Looking forward to seeing one bear hug you v. @beertunes

Don't get your hopes up. I have a wide and varied number of strategies and tactics to avoid such situations.
