My favorite variant was the Bucklatte on Nitro, it was soooo smooth & great melding of flavors. I definitely liked the Rum Jumbie too

Someone else mentioned green apple, although he said that knows he is super sensitive to that smell/taste in coffee beers, but I didn't get that flavor at all from the draft pour I had & I even shared his pour

I didn't get green apple at all. I got a TON of bourbon flavor, but without as much heat as I'm used to from it. I really liked it

This is actually the best beer release story I've ever heard... I'm dying :grinning:

My wife and I were just happy to see the little guy back in good health.

The best part, maybe she changed her story the further down the block but I heard her say "I am gonna mow all you sons a bitches down". It was absolutely uncalled for as this was a very tame crowd. We laughed it off. The second pass, she was trying to video tape us and almost ran into a parked car. Truth.

I'll bet she posted the video to Facebook. I've looked and so far haven't found it.

What I love about being a beer geek is meeting so many cool people. 4 hours in line is made easier when you have awesome people to talk beer with. Cheers fellas!

Per the Book of Faces there are still a few cases left this morning and limits are:
    Buckley - 2
    Kentuckley - 1
    Bark Lord - 1

Bark Lord gone. Like a case of Kentuckley and maybe 10 cases Buckley left

Man, if you would've told me yesterday that Kentuckley would last longer than Bean spirit and Maple Vlad... I guess I underestimated Transient's capacity

Chris is a wizard with allotments, he seems to know just the right amounts & times to drop them to make the release last longer than a day

Kentuckley was excellent - lots of barrel but not too hot at all - in fact very sweet. Bark Lord was good too - Cinnamon bomb.

Damn that was a good day. Had the buck latte, bark lord, and kentuckely as pours and got bottles of kentuckely and Buckley to take home.

Only wish they still had a couple of drafts from yesterday. But 2 hour line vs a 10 minute line and I am okay with the trade off

Cinnamon bomb indeed. I love cinnamon and it might have still be a little too much. I cut it with a buck latte cuvée at the end and the combo was awesome.

God I cant wait to drive up there this weekend to pick up my allotment and check out the new tap room. Glad everyone had fun but no bottle sharing + 4+hour line = hard pass for this guy.
