@bottlelogiclindsay - is there a particular reason why Jam the Radar shouldn't be cellared? Bottle says to drink fresh. It's pretty high ABV though, and besides the raspberries, it uses mostly the same adjuncts as your other stouts that are cellarable. Is it because the raspberries will mellow out too much over time, or is it that there'a a particular risk of infection if it's stored?

Very much this I would say, Sometimes aging makes the beer better but least people can't complain 6 months from now if the raspberry finish goes away if they warned you to drink sooner than later.

I'm here enjoying this left right left right and kicking myself for skipping this release. Decided I needed to get this brew budget under control and went with the HPB release. Regret it. Love HPB, but this Hazy brew is smooth as eggs.
Reminds me of the time I thought HD-DvD was going to beat blu-ray

You nailed it -- as with any real fruit addition, we expect the boldest raspberry notes to meld and mellow out with time. We designated Jam the Radar as a "Drink Fresh" Stasis Project release so y'all would experience the fruit addition at its brightest.

Speaking of jam the radar, now that it's officially June and swap windows are closed, I'm very interested to see if it goes to public sale. Hopefully yes.

I just cracked a bottle of Jam the Radar. I'm noticing that the berries are WAYYYYYYY more present in this bottle than the batch they had on draft a few weeks back. Still an absolutely killer brew, but I prefer what I tasted on draft as the barrel and cacao seemed to come out more when the berries were a little more muted. Anyone else that's cracked a bottle experience the same? Maybe I'm just forgetting what I tasted.

Berries are a lot more present compared to last having it on draft during preview week. Also, summation preview had faint vanilla with tons of coffee. Bottles, tons of vanilla with a light roasty taste. The aroma is amazing altogether.
