"Plans call for selling the ale in four-packs of bottles at a recommended price of $13.99 to $14.99, in larger bottles at a recommended price of $11.99 to $12.99" It's very reasonably priced for a 10.2% quad.
I'll definitely try this - I actually haven't purchased any Spencer since their original launch with the blonde ale.
It's too bad that no matter how much proof you provide that Spencer is very reasonable priced, they still have that stigma of being a high priced brewery.
Coming out of the gate so expensive is what lead to that stigma. It was thier own fault. It took far too long to adjust and so that tag remains. I want to give this a go. All the other offerings I've tried have been servicable but not memorable but I have hope for this one.
It's less than half the price of Roche 10...if it's any more than half as good I could see getting it kind of often.
Same image over here, every bar I've been to charges around 9-10 euro...The odd thing is that my local shop has bottles for 2.50 each , an okay price for an American beer
