I mashed at 155F for this session... Grist also contained 5% oats and 10% flaked wheat to aid with body/mouthfeel, as well as 4% carapils. The FG was 1.014, OG of 1.044.

Tart & Lusty (basic NEIPA blended with active sour base for short term enjoyment) was good fresh, but YB Amalgamation is doing its thing now for a few more months.

3.2% grisette with big mouthfeel and H. Blanc hops

A 5% cranberry sour soured with YB Melange, lightly dry hopped with centennial, and fruited with 100% natural cranberry fruit concentrate

Not pictured: a 5% belgian pale ale using a bunch of expired belgian and Saison strains and hopped with HBC 438. It's spicy with a distinct curry flavor from the big hopping.

Since I started brewing a little more seriously this year I'm back to having a decent selection on tap again. What I drink at any given time depends on what else I'm doing but my choices are: Centennial Pale Ale
    American brown ale
    Oatmeal stout
    Columbus/Amarillo IPA
    Generic Euro trash ale
    Rye pale
    Crabapple brett
Tonight I'll keg my robust porter, 5 gallons will get dosed with a bourbon/vanilla tincture, 5 gallons stays as is
