I hear you. Another way of saying what I was trying to say is that you don't walk into Ruth's Chris expecting to pay Sizzler prices. All right, I'll stop with the metaphors. :stuck_out_tongue:

I'm a stickler about prices like that and often pass on principle. But with something like Huna that I would never trade for, it would be worth it for me.

That price is inexcusable. And a reminder why I don't mess with Mikeller in any fashion.

The price is what it is. Pay it or pass, but don't expect retailers to charge what you think it's worth.

Speaking of Mikkeller....stop in the DTLA Sat night before a concert. Nice, but $ on the high side. Average pour at $9. Definitely worth stopping in when your in the area. But not a regular stop for me.

Boys, this brew is flying under the radar. Its pretty good and haven't heard anyone really talking about. At $15 a bottle, it's a solid deal. They still might have bottles.

Yeah, they guy said it will see very limited distro. They didnt have a limit on bottles, but BA stout for $15, can't beat that with a stick.

    Everyone I know hated it.

Unsurprised for a four sons brew. You can't tell me a BBA Vietnamese coffee stout for less than half of the gold standard doesn't raise red flags?

I'm sure it's been mentioned before, but it's worth repeating...the Friday growler fill special at Karl Strauss is tough to beat! I know Karl Strauss doesn't get much love around here, but I'm currently enjoying the hell out of a glass of fresh Aurora Hoppyalis IPA (which is fantastic imo) that cost a whopping $8 for the 64oz fill. Anything 8% and under is $8. Anything over 8% is $10 for the fill on Fridays.
