Looks like we're at 29 drinkers if all of the maybes come. So there's room for at least one more.

On my phone it shows the spreadsheet as read only so I can't add my information. Could somebody please add me if there is still a spot.

Have a bottle of FW 2012 Sucaba that I think I'll bring along as well. Can compare it to the Brew 1000. My guess is that the Brew 1000 will be far superior, but should be fun to compare.

While I'm as pleased as anyone that a Brew 1000 now seems set to make an appearance, this gathering would still be incomplete without at least one bottle of Spring Elixir. So, does the donation offer still stand, @jaredmull? I can meet you anywhere in Seattle over the next couple of weeks to make this happen. I will also gladly throw you a Thank You Beer on behalf of us all.

In the meantime, you may, or may not, continue to refrigerate your bottle. Your choice. What difference could it possibly make at this point?

Also, so long as we're on the subject, does anyone out there still have a Triple Trifecta? Or an Endurance IPA? And what about a BBW #3? I'd pay extra for that one...

I have a deep, and confusing cellar. IF I still have #3, and if I make it, I'll bring it. But, I loved that beer so much, that if I have it, I might lie, say I don't, and just drink the fucker myself.

I'm bummed to be missing out... damned this being a responsible parent thing and getting my daughter to her soccer tourney!?!

    Thanks for hosting Matt!

Hi @EdwardAbbey I live in Bothell, so meeting anywhere North'ish of downtown would be preferred. PM me and I'll give you my cell. I'm sure I could drop it off at the UBG some time as well if needed as long as someone knows where its being stored and to bring it along.

I'd love to join you guys on the 24th, but my schedule does not clear up until about 2pm on that day. I will be happy to donate the Spring Elixir and I'll donate a bottle of homebrew Razzberry Sour that made it to the Final round of the American Homebrew Competition, final round judging is next weekend in Minneapolis. If I get a couple checkin's of my homebrew on Unt@ppd, it'll all be worth it.

Cheers, Jared! You're a good man, and I hereby thank you on behalf of us all for your generosity. A hearty congratulations, too, on the recognition your homebrew sour has received. That's very impressive, and we will be honored to sample it (much more than the Spring Elixir, no doubt, though that one figures to be a very different kind of "privilege"). I'm not on Unt@ppd, but I will see to it myself that those with accounts dutifully check it in. But boy, you really drive a hard bargain.

I'll message you about meeting up, but if it turns out to be challenging to coordinate, I'm sure dropping off the bottles at the UBG anytime would be fine, as long as you gave @Texwild sufficient time to alert his staff.

Although the paddy wagon will be swinging by promptly at 3:00 pm to clear us, or what's left of us, out, you should definitely come over for last call if the timing works. I'm confident, even with this crew, we'll have some good stuff left then; and we'll be sure to save some for you if you think you can make it. Thanks again, and good luck in the finals. We'll be rooting for you.

Additionally, I'm also up in Bothell and would be happy to meet up somewhere to acquire the goods.

Hey @Texwild thank you again for offering to host - I know we are all very grateful and excited! As we are quickly approaching the share so wanted to check in with you on a couple of things...
    Saturday, 12-3pm still works?
    Fremont Ballard still works?
What is the glassware situation - should everyone bring their own?
What is the cooler/fridge situation - should I bring a cooler with ice?
What is the food situation - are you okay with people bringing their own? Should I order some take-out or delivery ahead of time? Or would you prefer everyone eat beforehand and there is no food?
Is there anything I can do to help beforehand, during, or after?
Any ground rules you would like to set?

Thank you again - looking forward to it!

Good questions. Sorry I've been silent for awhile. My kids are ending the school year and Sara's running for Seattle City Council so I'm kinda elbows and asshols running to keep things working in my life...back to the bottle share.

    Yes, Saturday still works.
Yes, Ballard location. Noon to three.
Food? Um, I'd like to provide food but the easiest option if for folks to bring their own...I'll try to get pizza delivered. The release of Unicorn Tears is a conflict so I'm a bit frazzled on how to do both well but committed to the share....yes, bring food if you can.
Fridge/cooler? Hmm...hadn't thought about that. Best to bring your own. I'm handling this solo (our team is busy with the release) so I'd appreciate any help.
Help before the event. Nice offer. Thanks. Sure, if anyone wants to help, show up at 11am and we can make stuff happen. This is going to be a DYI kind of event, not a typical Fremont event so all help is appreciated...especially clean up. I'm going to need to close up shop quickly at 3 and head to the Unicorn Tears event so the sooner we can clean up and head over to the UBG (for those who want to), the better. Again, thanks. Great focusing questions

    Hi Tex,

Thank you and no worries whatsoever! I am sure everyone is super excited and super willing to do their part to help make this enjoyable and painless for you (I know I am). We can all coordinate the cooler/food/etc. and I am sure plenty of folks will be willing to help with set-up and clean up. As you are already doing more than your part and obviously incredibly busy let us take it from here - hopefully you can just show up and enjoy yourself a little bit!

    Thank you again!

Alright fellas, here is what I think we need to work out ahead of Saturday...
    1. bring your own glassware - if someone is willing to bring a few plastic cups or an extra glass or two to cover anyone who forgets that would probably be a good idea.
    2. coolers - i will bring a decent sized cooler, if a couple more guys are willing to bring a cooler we should be good
    3. ice - i will grab a bunch of ice on my way but if anyone else wants to grab some that would be great.
    4. food - here is the tricky one. preferences for byof v. do a big order?

I will add volunteers for bringing extra cups/coolers/ice to the googlesheet...and if we decide on doing a big food order I can add an area to take orders or something.

Please jump in if you think I am missing anything we should be thinking about...

    cheers!

And please, please, please let us know if this has become too much with all you have going on and we can audible to another date or location. Given all you have going on I am sure everyone would understand!
