    @cosmicdebris,
    Although there are probably more haters, I have always been a fan of Big Cranky, especially when they infused it with Cold Brewed Coffee. That said, I am curious as to your thoughts about Stony Creek's take on the NE-style IPA?

    All familiar beers except one, which I've already popped open...

    Tremendous, a 10% TIPA from Greenpoint Beer, out in Brooklyn... :sunglasses:

    Looks formal but drinks casual...

    Featuring pilsner and vienna malts; hopped with Vic Secret, Citra, Cascade, Amarillo, and Mosaic, and then triple (!) dry hopped with Vic Secret, Mosaic and Citra lupulin powder...

    6/5/17 can release...

    Aromas were citric and tropical, with a dull, danker edge bringing some earthiness into the fold... On the tongue, juicy and musky pale fruit impressions, suggesting tropical and orchard fare, soft and smooth - nothing to give away that high abv - moderate carbonation and bitterness, mildly sweet; maybe a hint of caramel chew and huskiness...

    Finished watching Justified today - great fucking series...

    Totally recommended to fans of Timothy Olyphant, Elmore Leonard, and Deadwood - gonna do a rewatch with the missus in the near future... :wink:

    Got to try Tremendous at a bottle share Sunday. I thought it was very tasty indeed! I liked the dank, weedy tropical fruit nose and taste. Cheers!
