    Sort of a side question; what sort of expectations are there for bottle shares like this?

    I have a massive cellar but don't feel like I have any whalez bro, or bro whalez for that matter. Just a few hundred (counting vintages) different barrel aged beers, mostly stouts, strong ales, porters and the like.

    Maybe someone can send me a screenshot of the spreadsheet so I can get an idea?

    Anyways, cheers, I'll be at the BAUT release spying on you guys.

    IMHO, at things like this, bring beers that you, personally, enjoy. Don't try to "keep up with the Jones' ". Bring tasty beer that you enjoy. This event is all about us meeting each other, not the beers. Make no mistake, top-shelf stuff will appear, but don't get caught up in trying to impress anyone with your beer. Impress by enjoying the company you'll get to keep. Relax, it's only fucking beer. And people.

    Not fully caffeine-d up yet but I kinda look at these things like I feel about cologne. Wear/bring what you like and allow people to discover you versus announcing yourself loudly.

    My problem is 3/4 of my serious cellar is Fremont. So you might get some silly cellar.

    Bring something you want to try and think others might enjoy trying - I not in charge and by no means can define what this gathering is or is not but IMO this is NOT a whalez bro event, this is a meet up, enjoy each others company and a few fun beers event.

    Thanks for the responses; I like the idea of a mellow meet up like that. I'm not out to impress people or anything like that just my personality to worry about contributing to group events. (I'm not a part of this event was more asking for future reference)
