It's not personal, I think he has enabled a Privacy setting so only people he follows can start a message with him. I heard his avatar gets him lots of unwanted attention from the Canadian users.
And don't forget the teeny-boppers. BTW, I failed to specifically mention this on the bottle share thread, but I was so utterly delighted to finally make the acquaintance of @NWer on Saturday. Hope he doesn't mind my saying so, but what a genuinely nice guy. Unsurprisingly, he didn't talk my ear off. But nor did I his, as I trust he appreciated. And what conversation we did have was most pleasant, if I do say so myself... I would also like to take this opportunity to thank him for bringing one of the best bottles of the share, and my personal favorite of the few I was able to sample.
Sorry, I'm traveling & didn't notice until now I'm an issue. I don't slight anyone intentionally and will look into why anyone can't contact me. Oh, you were an "issue" loooonnnngggg ago, I can assure you. I think Sharpski was on the money. Under "Contact Details" and "Messaging Preferences," you might just need to make some minor adjustments to receive private messages of adoration from all your fans. Assuming that's something you're interested in.
Not that this is any sort of "Saturday followup" thread, but I saw you guys mention it so I figured I'd stop by and say thanks for letting me join! I had a great time. It made me realize that I've really gotta start getting involved over here! I found everyone to be pleasant and I wish I had a better feel for those who attended before the get together. @cherche - thanks for hosting! @kingsleyr - nice to meet again and looking froward to future beer lines. Also- @EdwardAbbey - which beer was this you're referring to? My memory of some of the beers is a little hazy but I know there were a few that stood out to me! Cheers, folks.
