Still about 15 people in line

Line is minimal, selling cans in the taproom as well. Thought this would be a chill release until I saw this fight break out:

My hope is what happened with Trillium could happen here. I think OH could be close based on how long double batches have been lasting.

I just got back from OH and this line was not like the Saturday lines. It was just a regular ass line of people waiting to buy something, like Chipotle at noon.

10 minutes on a Tuesday after work watching pigeons go nuts on a dumpster full of spent grain is a hell of a lot better than 2 hours on a Saturday morning. It's better than 0 mins on a Saturday for that matter.

This. I spent more time waiting for the F than I did waiting for the beer. I'd take this over anything

I would wait in line for Chipotle!! Good news is all of the food poisoning problems alleviated the line problem ! I fear people will forget and start lining up again.

I work in midtown near penn station and i have never not seen a line at chipotle. BACK TO THE BEER. I got to OH at 5:45 and there were only 4 people in front of me in this supposed "line". I only bought two four packs, but if the beer is really good and lasts till thursday I will gladly go back and buy some more for the weekend and then head over on Saturday at 3 to scoop up a few 4 packs of whatever is left (DDH Simcoe should be fantastic).

Compared to how things were just a year ago and what things are looking like going forward, I applaud OH for how much they've accomplished and grown. This has been said a million times, but it is a fantastic time to be a beer drinker in NYC. I can't even remember the last time I waited in line or hunted down a few Grimm cans. It's completely unnecessary at this point. #blessed

Watch it Fall Slowly is about as close as I think we could get to Grits n' Greens. Def wishing I got more than 1 four pack. Oh and add me to the list of people who love Cream Get the Honey. Grabbed a 64oz growler and killed it way faster than I expected to

Didn't have the non-DDH version but this one is great, especially given how "low" the ABV is.

Yes, it's ridiculous. I order online and am in and out in 90 seconds tops. My theory is that people use it as an excuse to not be in the office.

doesnt the hour on the toilet after chipotle count as being out of the office?

Can't figure out what's more absurd: 2 hour Other Half lines or 45 minute Sweet Green lines.

Sweetgreen was exactly what I thought of when people started talking about lunch lines. Place is fucking mental. I went at 2:30 the other day thinking the lunch rush must be well over - but was out the door and halfway down the block.

Thanks! Glad I decided to drive over as the brew is very good. That said FML...that was 3 hours from NNJ (Bergen County just north of the GWB) and back.

How do you all still afford to buy lunch when buying cases of beer every weekend? Maybe I should rethink my life choices

We should probably add "Anybody ask which beer will be double batch'd next week?" to the obligatory post list before/after each release announcement...

I feel pretty foolish for getting up at 8am on a Saturday when I can stroll in after work on a Tuesday, grab a couple pours of the beer I missed last weekend AND leave with a 4-pack.
