Not really the best location in the Totem Lake area, but I'll give them a try. Been craving a wit recently, so I hope they deliver.

Hmm ... so about 40 yards from the door of my gym. If they brew good stuff, I see the results of many a just-finished workout being negated by visits to this place. I hope they do well!

Awfully close to my office. I can almost guarantee I'll visit them eventually.

I can't see fighting traffic on 405 just to go to a brewery. I don't even go to Black Raven anymore.

Nobody goes there anymore; it's too crowded.

(Sorry, I couldn't resist channeling my inner Yogi.)

Pretty big turn out for the grand opening. Certainly more people than their size can really handle.

Unfortunately, there's no real direct connection between the neighboring bike trail and the brewery. Blocked by a fence and a ton of plants. Small space, and not much parking (but street parking is available). Really small brewing space, but I was told they needed to sacrifice to get the taproom as large as possible (it's still tiny).

The beers were decent, and about what I expected. There was a common flavor I was picking up across the beers (pale, IPA, and even kolsch) which I believe was from the malt and almost fruity in taste. Someone with a better palate should let me know what that is, because I recognize it but am not sure what that flavor is from.

They have 18 taps, but only 5 beers so far. Kolsch, Pale Ale, Belgian Wit, IPA, and Porter along with two ciders from Locust (Watermelon and Original Dry). 14oz or 19oz pours and taster trays are pretty awesome with four squid legs wrapping around the glasses.
