Did a search on IG and this showed up, posted over 3 hours ago.

 

Hitting the two-beer allotment guarantee now just after the McDonald's entrance where we are, so I'd guess 700 in line now.

Wristbands out to 625 on the hand counter. We arrived at 5:45am and are among the last people with blue wristbands (guaranteed full allotments of two beers per staff). Math doesn't add up with ig post but whatever.

 

I got there at 5:30, saw the line, said "fuck this" and turned right back around.

I love beer, but apparently I don't love it THAT much.

 

What does that mean? max is 650, low is 465. Meaning if everyone in front of you only gets 2x each you might get some?

The wristbands aren't numbered.. yellow = 3 beers, blue = 2 beers.

 

The allotments on IG are either wrong or they changed them because the staff is telling everyone with a teal wristband they are getting 2 of the 3 eventhough the math doesn't work out so they will have a shitstorm on their hands if they are wrong.

 

White wristbands getting handed out behind us now for beer #3. Given the weird situation with the counts I will stop posting for now.

Hopefully this thread only grows by 2 or 3 pages today instead of 9 or 10 posts of people laughing at butthurt people complaining. I will just post a frowny face if the latter happens.

 

What color is #3 wristband?

 

Yellow smilies for all 3
Light blue for 2
White for 1

 

Going back to bed after reading this. Could someone post if these beers will be available for growler fills at open?

 

Math doesn't add up at all. It'll be interesting how it plays out.

 

Sounding like a broken record but most of this is avoided with reducing limits even further. What is wrong with 2 4-packs per person of the double and triple and 1 of Taters? Doubles the people who get them, or reduce limits even more. I get it - keeps the hype train going. Just don't get why people frequent a place with this crappy approach to its customers - IMHO.

 

They should hand out brown wristbands to signify the shitstorm that is this release

 

Looks like they just stopped giving out outwristbands. Someone posted they were 710 in line and most likely not getting anything.

There are 30 in line at McDonald's for the bathroom. Yellow wristbands and you can go #1. Brown #2. Not sure what green is.

 

People showing up at 3-4AM for 40 cans of beer seriously need to get laid.
