NYC bottle share on the 13th

    So I might not be making it down on Saturday. My wife's grandmother passed early this morning after a long bout with cancer. The services are set for Friday and Saturday morning up in CT. If we happen to make it back to the Bronx early enough and my wife is doing OK I may try to shoot downtown but I'm not banking on it.

    Can anyone else take up the nametag responsibilities? Cosmicevan had them as one of the things he wants to try at this event and I'd hate to dissappointment the man. :wink:

    That's ok, I'm not really Barry Badrinath from Beerfest, nor will I be wearing a baby blue tux.

    Just updated the list...couldn't make it back to my cellar in NJ in time, but will have some stuff I still have with me in NYC. Looking forward to it.

    oh wow, so bummed to hear that. hope you guys are doing well. there are obviously more important things than bottle shares. i missed it last year, but so far looking good for this year.

    I'll try to find some nametags on my walk over tomorrow unless someone already has them. At least you'll actually be IN NYC this time, Evan. Easier to ask people where Penn station is when you're in the correct state. :grinning:

    sorry to hear mr. franco. if you can make it, fantastic. if not, there's always more bottles to share. so as not to disappoint mr. evan, we should get some nametags. josh, think you can find some? i can search my duane reade or dollar store or something tonight after work as well...

    also i need to figure out what i'm bringing. maybe imperial biscotti break?

    Here is what I'm bringing tomorrow: fresh growlers from Al's of Hampden/Pizza Boy Brewing Brewing of Arck Angel 4xipa, Hopgasm with Citra, Sunny Side Up RIS with coffee, and a bottle of Lompoc Bourbon Barrel Aged Special Draft for good measure. I've updated the spreadsheet. Will see everyone tomorrow at 12ish. Cheers.
