    I have to think there is going to be a market for some regional brewers to just keep making what we know and like. I'm all for Stone and Sixpoint changing up their IPAs, but I can't imagine not being able to buy an IPA that reminds me of why I started drinking them 10-15 years ago.

    Noodles and a glass of last years rum & oak aged barley wine. Maris Otter malt is the star of this show and I need to get ingredients for this year's batch.

    I'm hoping for two things tonight:
    1. a minimum of maintenance emergencies at work
    2. a maximum of WBAYDN posts and shenanigans to make the night fly by

    KBS on tap, excellent brew. KBS either on tap or bottled is usually GTTW in NJ. This bar has been serving it going on 3 weeks now.

    The strange thing in the back ground my camelbak water bladder. Trying to dry it at home on a plunger. Too bad these things can’t be filled with beer :slight_smile:
