Negative. I got there around 6 last night and they were all out according to the hostess.

Looks like these were the only 16-ounce cans More will be doing for the next six weeks per this FB reply:

We're in the books to get mobile canner in here the end of August, so crowlers til then. We'll have a canning machine of our own before then, but will surely need to dial it in before we can start using it. Then it'll be every week or two.
    Cheers!

    Crowler fills start today, though!

Not really beer related, but downtown Villa Park was a nice little area. I was standing outside More waiting for a friend for about 15 minutes and 2-3 people came up & just started chatting with me. The police were SUPER nice.

I'd never been there before & was pleasantly surprised by the small-town vibe.

Per their fb comments: crowlers prices are: bunny $9, Dusty and Sassy $10, Candies and Chem Conn $11.

The police were super nice. Everyone really. Just a surprise for me coming from Chicago where the police are (understandably) not super nice to everyone.

Definitely took a round-about way to get back to the highway after a few drinks. I'll bet the DUI revenue is just too tempting. But still, very nice.

Picked up a couple crowlers today no hassle. Lots of staff there for a brand new brewery, but I guess they knew it would be a hit from day one. Good that they are prepared.

Gave Dusty a shot...almost cloying, with watermelon jolly rancher & faint cream flavors. Some dry grass notes provided a bit of ballast.

More is 0 for 2 with me.

They used a mobile canning line for these beers, correct? Could that be to blame for the mediocre beer?

Just some thoughts from an idiot with internet access who's been extremely let down by More so far.

Couldn't disagree more. I thought Dusty was absolutely fantastic. There were 6 of us in my group and all of us ordered multiple pours of Dusty.

I found all three beers to be solid but not quite on par with Forbidden or Corridor.

Dusty was a solid pale ale that was a little high in ABV for the style but with not as much flavor as I would expect at that ABV (6%).

I definitely got the "green," herbaceous, oniony flavors out of Loose Candies, which was my least favorite of the bunch by a fair margin. With that hop bill, it doesn't make a lot of sense to have those flavors be dominant, so I'm not sure what happened. Underneath the herbs was familiar tropical fruits, but the alcohol was a little too obvious for me as well. It was better out of the can, in my opinion.

Chemical Connection was more bitter than an NEIPA should probably be, even moreso than Trillium's more bitter stuff, but I'm perfectly fine with that. Plenty of tropical notes going on as well. This is my favorite, and my only real gripe is that the rye is difficult to find.

Have you had any cans of Dusty?

I'm dying to like More & hoping something odd happened during a mobile canning session.

I cracked a can of Dusty tonight. Nothing cloying about it to me, but also not anything I would get too excited for. Just a decent pale ale (disclaimer...that's not a bad thing). If on tap somewhere, I would certainly not hesitate to order, but it's not something I would go out of my way to purchase.

I was pretty underwhelmed by Dusty on draft but actually really liked the can. Still, Chemical Connection is far and away the best of the three.

So I made it out there last night to pick up some Crowlers and see what this place about. Great place. Very nice and attentive wait staff. So I had Chem Connection, Dusty, and Loose Candies. Everybody has a diff opinion but I liked Dusty the best. Great smell and citrusy taste. Next was LC for me, very good but not too notch for me. Last was Chem Conn. it had a funky smell that I could not get over. All three looked great and had a great mouthfeel but honestly I would have liked a little more carbonation in them. I'm very impressed with these being the first brewed IPAs out of the facility. Can't wait for some BA Stouts to come.

I did. We opened a can of each later Saturday night. I could crush Dusty all summer long. But it seems like opinions of this first release have been all over the board so I'm really not surprised by anyone's thoughts.

Loose Candies was very harsh/almost medicinal on draft to me but very good out of the can.

I'm having a share of about 8-10 guys tonight and we'll be cracking all 3 More offerings. I'll see what everyone thinks.
