    I stopped by to grab a case of cow and had 25mil man while there. Was very good! Now I am at 18th wondering how much an 80 mile uber will run me.

    Warpigs Lazurite cans released in Chicago.

    Does anyone know if 3 Floyds or Mikkeller did the canning?

    I believe Wisconsin Brewing Co. in Verona, WI contract brews all the cans of Lazurite for WI and Great Central Brewing Company in Chicago contracts for IL.

    Picked up a 6 pack of Lazurite and I really really like it. Seems like a perfect go to for summer, super light thin body, lots of hops, crushable.

    Anyone have any info on what beer 3 Floyds was waxing in today's Instagram story?

    Edit: Nevermind it's an IPA. Not sure why they decided to wax it.

    I guess its an Imperial Brett IPA with cherries. I guess adjuncts always mean waxing bottles for 3 Floyds.

    Thinking the key here is the Brett.

    However, this does leave me wondering why sours like Red Death Skeletonwitch and Molten Mirrors are wax-shunned.

    I drank a bottled Rue d Floyd last night and it got way tart. I remember the first bottle and the bourbon, vanilla, and cherry all were so nice together. This was just cherry. Shame.. anyone have the draft version that's currently at the pub?

    Isn't souring part of the natural spoilage process for cherries and thus this is inevitable if you are aging?
