    3/4 down Garver was just told prob only getting Collab.

    its a beautiful saturday morning. growlers will be walk in/out at 8pm.

    i wonder how many of the clientele is heading to barrier after this? id be surprised if it's less than 70%.

    With the line to Court, there must be 400-450 people waiting for beer (and building). Not dropping the limits is another example of how OH favors the trading world and line culture on Saturday releases. Good luck out there!

    its getting really annoying that other half doesnt drop the limits on the non collab. 3-4 four packs a person would make it last twice as long and potentially through the case gobblers. it also would deter people from lining up at 2am.

    We talk about this each week. They'd rather the beer go to resellers/traders. Having an early line is good for business.

    Although it's good for business now, I think it might be short sided for OH to not see how this could be negatively affecting them in the long term. They are missing out on building (on both loyalty and size) their local client base, who would bring longer and greater returns (especially with the new taproom) Vs keeping traders & drinkers in VA, NC happy.

    This theory has been put forth before, but still hasn't come to fruition. I do agree with you though. The quality of the beer may supersede only a local crowd. I just had a BP Sculpin which I used to love, now a drain pour. If BP is worth a billion, what is OH worth, 3 billion?
