Is SdF usually a quick sellout? Or does it last a little while like BdP and SdB?

It's to go at both the cellar & brewery so I would think there's a lot of it

The last release of the white label SdF was April 2015, so probably tough for anyone to gauge at this point. Maybe the blog post will end up giving some idea, but I'd hope it's a pretty large batch

As it isn't a fruited sour, it probably won't sell out immediately.

Would someone mind posting SdF b4 limits here when you get a chance? Thanks!

So do some standard releases tend to stick around for a while so that someone visiting could bring some home? Do they keep this information updated on their web site?

Their capacity has been increased so standard releases seem to hang out for longer. SdF is interesting to me, because while it's a "flagship" it's definitely more sought after than SdB or BdP. It'll probably be around for a little while, though. They usually tweet out their board when things change so I would follow their twitter to track what's available.

Holy Christ. The guest bottles alone are impressive. I feel like I'd go broke upon my first visit, as I'm guessing there's a reason the price isn't listed online

There is a good reason they've hosted Zwanze twice, and it isn't just the name.

I have two La Ruche bottles coming in and I'm pumped. I've only heard great things.

Visiting next weekend for the first time after following Side Project for several years. Needless to say I am beyond excited and like a kid in a candy store. With limited time in STL I am really hoping to visit the cellar at least once during one of the evenings. Sure hope SdF & La Ruche are still available to go next week and AB Derivations still on site. Can't wait to finally check out Side Project!

FYI apparently you can't get Derivations if you're by yourself, you have to split it with someone. You'll also definitely want to do that for ABD since it's a chore to drink.

Also make sure to try one of their sours on cask. It blew me away the last time I was there. The selection on tap at that time was fairly limited but damn that cask sour. Delightful.

Yup visiting my buddy in STL and planning to split a bottle as 750 mL is a lot to drink for one person. Just saw DB Derivation is available on-site this weekend and hoping that makes it to next week. Are SdF bottles to go still available? Looks like they are from the website but twitter no longer had them yday.

Man there are so many things I want to try at SP and given I will likely only have a couple hours on one night I will likely have to pick and choose one or two.
