I still drink them, they're the company that got me into craft and they make quality stuff. They're definitely worth your time and usually seem to be fairly cheap.

I drink them all the time, they are locally available and some great beers.

The reason I posted this was that it seemed to be everywhere a year ago and now it's down to the odd box of Candemonium here and there. Maybe it's a local distributor thing. I don't think I've had anything from them since last Summer. The replies here have me thinking I should hunt some down.

We have loads in AZ, usually everything they offer is around town and always pretty fresh. I think it may be a local issue on your end or maybe they re-did their distribution and not as much available your way, not sure.

Yeah, OG Gubna was the definition of dank in a can. Lotta friends get onion, not dank, from Summit, but give me some Summit all day every day.

And OP made me think. I really haven't bought any OB recently. Last beer I loved from them was Death By Coconut. Don't know why I pass by them when I'm in the beverage store, but seems always some fresh local goodness calling me.

Most of their recent output has seemed really safe to me. Fugli, for instance, was an underwhelming fruited IPA that could've been pushed a lot further in my opinion. Hotbox coffee IPA was really good, though, even with a month and a half on it.

Obviously people still drink Oskar Blues, just like they drink Anchor, Stone, Sam Adams, and other classic craft breweries that I've recently seen people say they don't drink anymore. They're still in every store and people still buy them, just not necessarily people on this forum where people worship the most hyped or most rare beers. These posts reveal the fickle nature of craft beer fanatics, always looking for the next big thing, ignoring what's already great.

Got cases upon cases of Beerito at my Whole Foods. No one buys it. Oddly? Guess they think its burrito related and are turned away.

Oskar Blues has the problem every (except for the newest latest and greatest) brewery has. They are awash in a sea of fine beer and good breweries. No matter how much beer one drinks it's impossible to keep drinking beer from every brewery you have enjoyed in the past.

Dales Pale Ale is always in my rotation and readily available here in NY.

I do. Why not? The freshness date is right on the bottom of the can so no surprises.

We've cut down on a lot of our Oskar Blues offerings. We used to carry Old Chub, Pinner, Dale's Pale and Ten Fidy, but now we've cut down to just Dale's Pale and their IPA.

For me, and most people here in Cleveland, we're so saturated with amazing breweries that we often pass up stuff that isn't from here. Oskar Blues always seems to get passed by here. We just had 19 new breweries open in Cleveland in the last month alone. Out of state beers will always lose out to local.

That's not to say we never buy out of state beer. But again when it's between Southern Tier or Oskar Blues, I'm going Southern Tier every time.

    Just my 2 pennies anyway
