Anybody knows when regular tickets are supposed to go on sale?

I think last year it was middle of September - surprised that FOBAB has not given any heads up yet.

Considering that they haven't said when the presale will be yet, why would they say when regular tickets go on sale?

This year Fobab had decided to drop the beer sampling and instead focus solely on being an entertaining 3 hour line ride....

They usually have an online link that comes out to sign up. Once that happens it will be easy to find. No info on that front yet. Usually you can choose. For example I hvae had no problem voulenteering Friday night and attending saturday any of the years i have worked the fest. This will be my 4th i think.

Im not sure how strict they are on the training session part.

Per the FB post: $85 per ticket. Definitely a hike up from last year. Will pay it though since I already paid for IMBIBE.

Sale tickets for IMBIBE members will be available September 5th-7th. GA tickets on sale September 14th.

Tix were $60 last year so that's an outrageous hike to me. Especially considering those IMBIBE decisions had to be made prior to prices being announced. Sorry to vent but I have a little sticker shock

I'm very happy with the the volunteer decision after seeing the price hike.

I know the beer is really good, but there's a lot of ways to have a great night out at $90 per person.

Yeah I agree. Wouldnt of paid for IMBIBE if I knew the ticket price was going up. We all spend enough money on beer.

I was already on the fence about going, so the price hike makes my decision easy. I'm sure it'll be fun, but I'll do something else with my money.

Wow...better be some value add on for this, but I doubt it.

That $85 will get you your own Fobab the following week with BCBS variants....

Not quite. There's 3 extra variants this year, which could match that $85 on their own. Some of us will need to take out a second mortgage this stout season.

Does BA have a poll feature? I think we need to get our guesses on the record before MSRP. Such a wide range of speculation so far

God, I hope not. I think it's a mistake if they price it higher than Rare since it's not a stout.

Yeah, my guess would be a little under what rare cost but I wouldn't be surprised either way

hopefully a $25 increase in tickets means what everyone begged for last year. "I would pay 100 for a ticket if it meant a smaller crowd"

Phew. That's a big increase. Unfortunately, I too have already purchased my IMBIBE membership. Still a good deal, but hopefully it means less people or more space.
