Great Notion NW Location?

I think it got talked about in the GN thread somewhere. I believe they posted something in the past few months on Facebook or Instagram about the progress but I don't remember the details. Sorry, I realize after typing it that this post is not very helpful.

 

On the Great Notion thread last month, one of the brewery's owners provided this update:

"Regarding our new brewhouse, we received permits and started construction a few weeks ago. We still hope to open our brewhouse and start canning beer this Autumn. The brewpub/kitchen will follow a few months later, most likely early 2018.

Thank you again VERY much everyone for all your support. Btw, we most likely will be hiring a few new brewers in the next 2-3 months so if any brewers out there are reading this that have canning line experience (this is a requirement. Bonus points for Cask ACS experience!), please email your resume to [email protected] and put Brewer Resume in the subject."

Just so I'm not totally worthless, I found the Instagram post from 7/23 - a picture of the space and a comment that construction has begun.

 

Dude, ya can only work with what ya got. If they gave a shit, they would get the word, in their own words, out there. Carry on.

 

They did get the word, in their own words, out there. Both here and elsewhere.

Pray tell, exactly how much dissemination of these construction status updates would there have to be in order to overcome your apparent animus towards them?

The city of PDX keeps delaying us for various reasons. At this point we are now hoping to open the new NW production brewery by year end and the new NW brewpub probably in Spring 2018. Sorry for these delays, wish we could speed things up.
