    The old lady survived a bachelorette party and I survived a hefty bottle share last night while watching the fight, and there weren't any hangovers for either of us. So I'm happy to say, breakfast beer is on the menu!

    Why you ask....because sometimes light is right (what a bunch of b.s.). I'm getting ready for a 100 mile bike ride in November. My Garmin 705 said I burned 1,325 calories on my training ride this morning. I figure I'll put half of them back with a few IPA's at lunch. So, this 95 cals in laying the foundation for whats to come....
