    Here we go. Teams are assigned and shipping groups made.

    First, shipping groups. This is used to determine who is on the clock for shipping. Group one is on the clock starting Thursday. They ship if anyone hits 33. They stay on the clock until someone hits.

    Group 2 goes on the clock if someone hits, or week 4, which ever comes first. If no one hit by week 4, both group 1 and 2 are on the clock until someone hits.

    And so on...

    One of my favorite parts of the BIF is the awesome side LIFs people put up.

    I will start with the first one.

    The first team to lose their starting QB to season ending IR gets a Chicago box of beer!

    I will try to track all the LIFs in an excel sheet but in all honesty these work best if people self track them.

    Cheers and can't wait for a week from today when my defending SB champ Patriots get the season started!
