Corridor Brewery & Provisions

This is just awesome, 3 hazy beers to pre-game today at Corridor before the Cubs night game. Will be first time eating there too so I am really looking forward to this afternoon. Heard the burgers are really good! Will probably have to come back after the game to pick up some crowlers of SYS for the weekend. And 4 pack cans of OG SqueezeIt for $16 coming soon! Corridor haze has become my go to beer in my fridge. Love it!

 

SYS already tapped, and delicious!

 

All 3 on as of 11am today...Van Hazen was NOT on the chalkboard, but it is definitely available.

 

I was disappointed when I saw that it was gone on the chalkboard. Thrilled they have three hazys on!

Really happy they have a patio as well.

 

That herb mustard mayo with the fries is really awesome. Had all three on tap Friday and the Bendy Straw was much more vanilla forward on tap than when I had from a growler fill. Still really good. SYS was solid but thinking Simcoe isn't my favorite and VH was easily my favorite of the 3 but all really good beers.

 

My thoughts exactly; well made brew with that exquisite Corridor mouthfeel but Simcoe tastes soapy to me for some reason.

 

Ran through the murky line-up last night myself; VH#1, BS#2, SYS#3... all solid, and I'd drink 'em all again. (*Looks at calendar again*). Good work @dubo09 and all the Corridor peeps!

Edit* Just checked the website. Any idea if Bendy will make it till Saturday?

 

Bendy just kicked. We will have a new TBD named DDH Rye Double coming on Thursday. So, we will have three Hazy beers on for the weekend.

A little friendly competition with FR, and everybody wins!

 

Having one right now and has changed a bit from the can I had about a week ago. Fruit cocktail taste is upfront, getting a little bubble gum and then the some pineapple and vanilla on the Finish. Outstanding the way this beer has morphed over a few weeks.

Going to try and do the 11 a.m. shotgun run tomorrow for some VH & SYS, I hope you BA's left some beer on tap for me. LOL. Salute Your Simcoe was the first beer I ever tried at Corridor. That beer, the great staff and the vinyl playing in the background made it an easy decision to coming back.

 

Couldn't stay away and went back last night for another SYS, after a visit to Half Acre... solid - really has a presence to it for only 5.4%. Delicious...

 

didn't care much for SYS, but the newest Van Hazen is excellent.

I agree with SYS not being great. I was pretty disappointed with it. Wouldn't order it again.

Van Hazen was ok. Similar to the other ones.

Bendy straw I thought was good. Best of the three.

Please bring back Cosmis Juicebox.
