Cute barmaids are lacking at area breweries; I appreciate the tip!!

Wet Hopped IBUsve tapped yesterday at the brewery. Not sure if wet hopped trail head is in the works this year, but that is another good one.

FWIW I think Masthead and Noble Beast have far more refined beers across the board. Food has been great at each location.

I thought Saucy's pizza was great, just needed to lighten up on the cheese a bit.

Agreed, I thought Saucy was by far the worst new brewery I've tried recently. I'm a huge fan of Masthead, I think their pizza is much better and I've loved most of the beers I've had from them.

I was more referring to the bartender and her looks. I don't consider my service to be any more or less pleasant/successful based on their appearance. Nothing wrong with a little eye candy. Just felt it was an unnecessary addition to the comment. Anyways, back to beer and telling people their opinions are wrong.

Cone & Bine is on at Wolf's Ridge, not sure if there's solid plans to bottle it though but it'll be around town for sure.

Saw Hoof Hearted is doing "Wet Musk of the Minotaur" again. They were brewing a day or two ago.

I have not yet been to Saucy but I will agree that Masthead is killing it. I need to get to Saucy soon, though.

Masthead and Noble are both great as well. I just think Saucy's beers are super clean and will continue to dial in with consistency. They're also going to do a few tanks of brett beers, so more nuanced things to come.

I wasn't a huge fan of the saucy/fat heads collab, but only had a small pour. I am a big fan of Masthead, though.

I was debating stopping in for this one. I'm usually out on Centennial hops, but did I read they mixed Ctira in as well?

Yea, they mixed in citra, but the centennal is prevalent and it is quite bitter.

And it's a six pack, hands down best taste and price for me.

I will admit that when I went to Saucy, it was within the first few weeks of opening. If it's true that they've since started putting out better beers, I'll probably give it another shot. But as it stands, if I'm heading downtown for a brewery now (which is pretty rare) it's probably Masthead.

Same. I have no real desire to drink Platform anymore. They do some good stuff, but so inconsistent. They can have all the money and expensive lab equipment they can buy, but it don't fix their dart board approach to new beers every single week to see if they stick or not.

Plus, the things I've heard from other breweries about their brewers and whatnot, a big turnoff. Between the Russian roulette between beers and their reputation in the industry, pass. Money better spent elsewhere.

It actually turned out pretty bad. I know someone that tasted it the other day and said it tasted just like Palesner, albeit a little hoppier. They were attempting to add some extra hop powder or something of the sort to make it better because the brewer said it was nothing like they wanted.. so there's that.

I am familiar with their roulette beers, I somewhat enjoy this approach a bit, even if they miss a few, that's me though, but I am not familiar with the reputation point, maybe you can share, or direct message me. Just curious.
