I have seen a few of these, but not many. I think it would be great if all styles (or at least groups of styles) had their own thread for discussion.

Are there more of these out there and I am looking in the wrong place? If not, would you be willing to start one for your favorite style. I ask as there are many very knowedgable folks on here that could create great content.

For the most parts a lot of threads here peter out pretty quick, the one's that don't have as much continuity as Monty Python movie. Good Luck and Cheers!

And would you title them "The _________ Thread" as is done on some other sites?
Too vague. There are many facets to styles, and BAs like to explore specifics.

It does not help that there is no style guide which is worth the paper it is printed on. (Or the electrons it uses in the electronic version)

This. I have seen threads about most styles over the years on here. They go strong for a few days-weeks then end up on the second page and disappear. People won't be talking about pumpkin beers in February

There are not just too many styles for each to have an associated thread (roll out soapbox), there are too many styles at 104. Certainly there is room for discussion about any style where there is some mystery, history, interest, etc. Many of us are on a quest to have all 104 styles, and may want to discuss the ones we are missing so that we can identify candidate beers to help us finish our quest. I am stuck at 100 of 104, so am looking for opportunities to bag the remaining four.

They're really the only ones worth discussing.
