Night Moth was just put on shelves at Binny's Grand a couple hours back, if anyone is looking.

obviously Biased but I truly think Night Moth came out amazing in this canning!

 

Had my 2nd can tonight.

This is very unique; I get equal parts strawberry & oak. It's simple but effective, and I can't think of another beer that tastes like it.

Kudos to you guys for doing something different & pulling it off.

 

My wife made the fantastic choice of FR for her birthday get-together on Saturday (her choosing a brewpub is a huge win for me). Shoutout to @KrajDoesBeer for making sure we had a great spot to eat and drink at (sorry you weren't around to say hey)!

We took the tour with Greg (which everyone thought was really cool); I'd never really taken a good look at what's going on in the back, so I had a lot of fun there.

I was extremely happy to see both Power Trip and TORO! still on the menu (because ever since my wife announced her choice, I had visions of chugging hazy IPAs all night). Having had TORO! for the first (and second) time that night, I get why some people prefer it to PT; it's delicious. I like PT better, but mostly because I like the extra dankness in PT. If you like a more fruity IPA, TORO! could definitely be your choice. Also had Sweater Weather, their oak-aged Vienna Lager. I'm a sucker for Vienna lagers, and this one was really good.

As I walked out, I was surprised to see a TV on at the bar, with the Cubs game; I had told a friend they wouldn't be able to watch the game at FR (and they chose the game over FR...some friend!). Wasn't disruptive to the vibe, so I couldn't complain. Great time.

 

what's the limit on the snoochie release? two four packs?

Man, I wish I could make the share, but alas Wrigley Field is calling. Hopefully Snoochie lasts until after the game. I may need 2 4-packs to drown my sorrows away.
