Pretty neutral about these teams. I liked Peyton Manning a lot, plus Bruce Arians did a stint in Indy, but they've both moved on... As for Tennessee, both Mularkey and LeBeau are former Steelers coaches, so that'll get their team the nod tonight... Both teams always seem gimped in one way or another, and despite their rather equivalent levels of overall mediocrity the past few years, somehow Indy owns a 10-0 record against the Titans...

We'll see if Tennessee can break that streak tonight...

    Cheers...

Good evening BA, hope everyone had a good Monday back to work. Pretty mellow day with a couple meetings and a presentation to work on. Nothing too crazy. Day went by pretty quickly. Shipped off a massive 31 lb trade box after work. Hoping to see mine before the end of the week.

    Today's reviews:

This was outstanding! Amazing lasting head retention and thick soapy lacing on the glass. Aromas and flavors of huge tangerine, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, citrus zest, and light pepper/pine hops; with balanced wheat, biscuity malt sweetness; and herbal, floral, grassy hop earthiness. Very minimal pine, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; awesome bready/grainy wheat creaminess and light hop stickiness in the mouthful. Minimal bitter dryness, no hop astringency. Mildly increasing warmth of 9.9%, dangerously drinkable. Pretty refreshing actually. Really awesome juicy, vibrant, and fairly dank hops; balanced malts without feeling overly sweet/heavy for the ABV. Not as hazy as the others in the series, but it still nails it. 4.18

Delicious Belgian IPA. Aromas and flavors of big lemon, orange, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, mango, melon, red apple, berry, and light pepper/pine hops/yeast; with moderate caramel, toasted biscuit malts; herbal, floral, grassy hops and yeast earthiness. Light-moderate pine/herbal/grassy bitterness and peppery yeast spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; nice bready/grainy malt creaminess and some sticky hops in the mouthfeel. Light-moderate increasing bitter/spicy dryness, no astringent hop flavors. Very unique, really easy drinking. A bit dank. This uses Hallertau Blanc hops, so it has a really nice juicy citrus/fruity/tropical profile going on; with great balance of the pear concentrate and malts. More of a Midwest IPA or whatever on the malt presence; but still adequately bitter, hoppy, and drying. Not as yeasty as I expected, but solid presence. Will definitely get this again. Really tasty stuff. 3.9

This was mind blowing insane! Amazing lasting head retention and lacing for the ABV. Aromas and flavors of huge nutty dark roasted coffee, milk/dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel, brown sugar, toffee, marshmallow, fudge, vanilla, bourbon, coconut, toasted oak, and dark bread; with lighter notes of smoke, char, molasses, raisin, and cherries. Tad of booze in the aromas as it warms, but never overwhelming. Light roast/char bitterness and bourbon/oak tannin spiciness on the finish. Medium carbonation and very full bodied; with a very creamy, silky, velvety, and rich mouthfeel. Some chalky roast and oak tannins. Lightly increasing bitter/char and tannic oak dryness. Never acrid or astringent. Insanely smooth, increasing warmth of16%, very mild booze. I rarely give 5's on anything(especially Aromas/Taste), but this deserves it on taste. As soon as I took a sip, it just really blew me away. Perfectly balanced with huge fruity/nutty coffee complexity, and very rich malts. Perfect barrel integration without much booze. Glad I let it sit around for 11 months, will definitely see if I can score more of last year's batch around. If not, I can wait til the new one comes. 4.7

There's many great SEPA Pils, but this one is my favorite. Sly Fox Pikeland Pils. Don't know about the 44 IBU, but it pushes the hoppy a bit, but nicely balanced. Light body, bright and clean, this would be my session beer, very easy drinking a tad under 5% abv. The epitome of a great easy drinking beer, not enough hops to cause fatigue.
