    Anybody else have trouble getting a refund for the Anniversary ales? My cousin told me he couldn't make it to pick his up and emailed to cancel but hasn't gotten a response or a credit back.

    I know, and they haven't and are not responding via Eventfly. Think my cousin is just going to have to dispute the charge.

    Or god forbid, wait until they're actually open, considering pick-up was Sunday and they don't open until Thursday?

    Do you think that the people who run Kane only work Thurs to Sun? Just because the tap room is closed doesn't mean they're not doing admin stuff exactly like this.

    I'm unfamiliar with what the terms and conditions were around the offer and the online purchase process, but why can't he still pick them up? did you have to come Sat or Sunday per the terms?

    Yeah you had to pick up on Sat or Sun only I think. Terms said any orders not picked up would be refunded in full. I think it's more the fact they aren't responding that's annoying him.

    People who dispute charges for no good reason are douche nozzles.

    Let's review. Your "Cousin" entered into a contract with Kane through Eventbrite. The terms of the contract were that he would show up on Saturday or Sunday and pick up the items he purchased. Your "cousin" failed to abide by his side of the contract and defaulted. Nonetheless, Kane has agreed that people like your cousin (those that breached a contract) would get a refund. He is now upset that the refund hasn't been issued instantaneously.

    Just checking to see if I have the facts here?

    I'd wait. My buddy didn't get the full refund for this year's Mexican Brunch in this short period of time. I took longer but the money was eventually refunded. So I'd give them a break and be patient. Disputing the charge at this point it not the right thing to do.

    And anyone who uses the term "douche nozzle" is probably barely old enough to drink. Do I have the facts here kid?

    Simple question was asked whether anyone had received a refund yet. That's it. Save your blind fanboy defense of Kane for another topic. They're perfectly capable of speaking for themselves.

    the Mexican Brunch refund was a special situation, they announced refunds on the follow Monday and I saw it hit my account maybe Wed or Thur.

    That being said it does state right on the tickets you are emailed to contact them prior if you are not able to pick them up

    "• REFUNDS. If you are unable to pick up your bottles and inform us prior to the event Kane Brewing Company will issue you a full refund via Eventbrite."

    Either way I'm sure he will get a refund, if you really want, reach out to Glen on here and ask him on what the process is, he is always more than willing to assist anyone.

    Forgot to include the quote of the other post asking where I am coming from when driving down to Kane.

    We are driving down from Newark airport. The rental car is just for heading down to Kane because the next day we will visit spots in NYC and don't want to drive in that area.
