That time of year again. Started seeing some SN taproom checkins, so figure we're about a week out from it hitting shelves. I lost my usual 12-pack spot (RIP Martignettis), so please let me and all the other Celebration fans know when you see it on shelves in the area.

Over the years I’ve decried SNCA being held @ distro due to excess Fall seasonals on hand. But the last few yrs that wasn’t a problem as the excellent Ofest collabs flew off the shelves. However this year the Ofest collab is a bit weaker (IMO) & I see a lot lingering at package stores. Hopefully distros aren’t sitting on any more of it this year & SNCA can go right out to retail when it arrives.

I just had my last 2016 Celebration last night assuming this year would be out soon. It was still delicious. Man that beer always holds up well for an IPA.

Great! To distro or to stores? Just SNCA or the Snowpack too? Thanks.

At least the 6-pks of Celebration. Not sure about 12s or the variety 12s.

I love how you post this thread every fall. In recent years with so many beers in the market, I have begun to forget this seasonal favorite is right around the corner.

I hope Celebration is never forgotten among the murky sea of New England style IPAs.

This. Last year I bought more SNCA than I ever have in previous years. I think because it was just such a refreshing throwback to balanced, clean IPAs of the past. I couldn't get enough of it. Actually, I probably had too much of it!

Wonder how the spices will be this year? In all seriousness, can't wait.

Same boat here. I expect my regular fall lineup to be almost entirely lagers and Celebration. So bored with hazy nonsense.

Yup, I used to look forward to this beer every year, but now I REALLY look forward to it. A refreshing reminder of what IPAs used to taste like. And I do like New England style IPAs too.

But that's why I like seasonals. There's plenty of West Coast style IPAs out there, but I always forget about them with so many options and styles out there today.

When Celebration hits I feel like I have a short window to enjoy it, so I still seek it out.

I actually didn't buy any last year which is odd as Celebration and Bigfoot are two SN seasonals I make sure I buy every year.

The Thistle & Shamrock in Cambridge has a pic of today's delivery on FB including a case of Celebration. It's out there!

Just grabbed a 12 pack on deep discount at Market Basket. It's a beer I look forward to every year.

$12.99ish/12 pack? That's usually the lowest result of the ongoing Price Chopper/Shaw's price wars. Cannot find better beer for that price...

Redstone in Stoneham have it. No doubt over priced mind you.
