Yes to flights or small pours, yes to growlers, but they must be covered and yes to credit cards.

5 oz pours are available for pretty much every beer with the exception of very high gravity/barrel aged/sour beers which are available only as 7 or 9 oz pours.

Half pints are available for all beers that are also available in full pints.

They will fill any 750 ml, 1L, 2L, 32oz and 64oz growler though they will obsure any non-Cellarmaker logos with tape.

    Credit cards are accepted.

    NO ONE under 21 allowed.

Waaaaay too many of us tried to answer that question in a short period of time lol. Can anyone let me know how Vanilla Latte Vastness is? I've had multiple pours of Manhattan and one of Boulevardier and they don't come close to matching the original Barrel Aged Vastness but the VL version has me intrigued...

They do cheap 5oz pours and I recommend doing a full flight of whatever you want. I'm sad to say they don't do crowlers, but if you bring some 32oz or 64oz growlers with the brewery name covered, they will fill them.

Well I think we covered that question...

The Vanilla Latte Vastness tasted like a concentrated, boozy version of the Starbucks drink. I guess I'd call it impressive? Entirely too sweet for me but if that's your kind of thing go for it. That Blammo! cask on Saturday with chocolate croissants & orange zest was banging though.

Can release on 11/7, looks like they are moving it up to a noon release.

    https://www.cellarmakerbrewing.com/...collab-green-cheek-tuesday-november-7th-noon/

    Quadruple Dobis ~ Quadruple IPA

A beer that almost makes no sense, almost. A Beer that uses 8 pounds per barrel of Citra hops in a single batch. Quadruple Dobis is that beer. Juicy with notes of lychee, mandarin orange and pineapple with just enough malt backbone to hold down the fort. 100% Citra hopped.

    $7 per 16oz can ~ 4 Pack $26

    Limit 12 Cans

Lil’ Bitsssss ~ Double IPA with Fruit

Cellarmaker Brewing Company and Green Cheek Beer Company have come together to brew a dope new Double IPA called Lil’ Bitsssss. We used tiny bits of different fruits to enhance the Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe hops and English yeast character. Brewed with small amounts of passion fruit, guava and peach as well as minuscule amounts of lemon, grapefruit and orange zest, Lil’ Bitsssss is a like a mini daiquiri that’s guaranteed to not get stuck in your lips!

    $6 per 16oz can ~ 4 Pack $22

    Limit 12 Cans

Max 3/4pk per beer per a person

Higher limits too? Are they trying to sell out of cans earlier, or just brewing more?

Didn't like Quad Dobis when they brewed it for SF Beer Week and not into fruited hoppy brews so probably passing on this one.

I LOVE the Quad Dobis and am considering driving up to get it (and the Lil' Bitssss while I'm at it, however I probably would not just go for the LB separately.) Is the line expected to be long? The last few releases have had uneven wait times.

I wonder if these may be worth trading for some of those elusive Monkish DIPAs. (We went to Monkish a few times long before they started making IPAs/DIPAs but haven't been back down there since...I want to try some of them so badly!)

Personally I find Monkish to be really overrated. I went 3x to confirm I'm not crazy. They have great mouthfeel though. (And their Cellarmaker collab was definitely the best of those I've tried.)

They probably are, but there's only one way to find out. :stuck_out_tongue:

I love their Seme Della Vita / Caffe Della Vita though, and their Magnificat is great for a cold winter day.

Does $26 a 4 pack set a new level in pricing for hoppy beers? Can anyone name a pricier 4 pack?

No, but I also can't name a (world class) brewery releasing a 13% IPA that is paying the rent per square foot that Cellarmaker is.

If this batch of Quadruple Dobis is anything close to previous batches then it will be a very impressive beer.

Hi All - I'm heading to San Francisco from Boston this weekend. Hoping to catch the Tuesday release, can anyone provide some pointers on what to expect (best time to go, wait times, will cans sell out, etc.)?

    Thanks.

Cans usually sell out around the time people get off work (5ish) but this is their first noon release and the highest limits we've seen. Not sure if the batch is bigger or not. It's also Quadruple Dobis and a Green Cheek collab so the hazy trade bros will be out in full force.
Go at or a bit before noon if you really want but I'm predicting there will be no line at around 2 and lots of both still available.

Thanks for the tips! I'll probably head over around the 2:00 hour.
