How's it tasting right now? How has it changed? I'm thinking about opening a bottle tonight in honor of the 2012 ALCS Champions, the Detroit Tigers.

I opened one about three weeks ago. It was awesome! The fruit sweetness has mellowed a lot, and it's very well balanced. Awesome barrel character, perfect balance of fruit, and not hot or boozy. Prior to three weeks ago, I opened one in May and it has improved a lot since then.

It's drinking great right now. Opened one two months ago. It really has balanced out.

Although I enjoyed Bramble when I had it in late spring, I have heard that it has only been improving (as stated above). I may end up opening one if the Cards pull off a win tonight.

    Rematch of 2006!

I think it's in it's prime right now. I didn't love it when I had it fresh but I drank one a couple of weeks ago and it was damn good.

On a side note, I don't think either NL team can hang with the Tigers.

I bet it would have tasted alot better if the Yankees had won, JMO :stuck_out_tongue:. I say cellar it for another year when the Yankees are back in the playoffs and the taste should/will improve tremendously.

Fuck Aroid. He deserves everything coming his way just like the Yankees deserve to eat 100 million dollars.
