Bruery 2017 RS/HS Allocations

BA 9 ladies worth it? Swing and miss for the regular last year but I always feel the aged stuff is a little more robust and flavorful.

 

They were pouring the new Port Black Tuesday? It’s not on their menu list...

 

Imo, it's almost like a completely different beer, in a good way. I had a few friends taste it and one swore I gave him Mash & Grind (though maybe a little muted on coffee compared to M&G)

After 7pm they were pouring '14 port BT out of the bottle.

 

We can neither confirm nor deny that ;-)

 

It was an archive bottle. New bottles next month!

Is this Marzipan stout basically the Marzipan BT that has been poured at festivals?

 

So how does Port BT compare to Vindictive flavor-wise?

 

Anyone still waiting on orders from BT release? I was told mine would go out by Friday but's Tuesday and still not out. Just curious to know if they're still fairly backed up.

I've had issues in the past where my order didn't go out due to errors in the system or I didn't order correctly.

 

I think it was mentioned earlier that this is similar but it is not a black Tuesday base. Seems like it is BT Marizipan light, but I am still ok with this.

 

I was kinda curious about this phrasing:

Based on that phrasing - specifically the plural "Tuesday-inspired imperial stouts" - it sounds like a blend of BT and SHIT.

 

Anyone now if bottles of BT are still available at the tasting room?

Anyone else try Vindictive II? Curious what people think compared to last year's, which I loved but I know had some polarizing reactions.

 

I thought this year had better wine flavor as well as consistency, though depending on which year BT they used that could've helped as well, as '15 was one of my least favorites when it was fresh.

 

Popped open my crowler last week and OMG!!!

...please do WWFW again! It's the best chocolate raspberry cake I've ever had... even better than the 2016 Hoarders Cuvee!

You know you're drinking a Bruery beer when the beer they use to "water it down" (lower the abv) has a 14.7% abv!
