Revolution 3rd year beer

    From their facebook:

    "Meanwhile at the Kedzie Brewery we are brewing 3rd Year Beer today, a wheat barley wine with piloncillo sugar that will be aged in Appleton Estates rum barrels and released in bottles in February."


    Sounds awesome. Hopefully going to my first Revolution Bottle Release next month but there is no possible way i am missing this. This sounds amazing

    With Boltcutter coming up, this, and this new possibly epic successor to King Henry coming next year possibly...this is a great time for Barleywines just in the Great Lakes region alone.


    Now only to find people to go in on a case of MOAS with me and there could be an epic tasting on the horizon!

    Save me some ba mad cow. Gotta wait till before fobab to get some. Gonna be at the Boltcutter release that Friday. Also theGSP fight the night of fobab. Anyone know of a good place in the city to watch the fights. Maybe even bottle share?

    Wheatwines are made with barley, some people call it a type of barleywine...doesn't really matter.
