You'll be fine. But, make sure to visit some other local fair too. Smog City, Scholb, etc. Good ramen in Mitsuwa marketplace too.

thanks everyone. it was an easy trip. only about 10-20 people there. got to try everything they had and get growlers. wish i would have had time to make it to some of the other places but i did try some Smog City.

Their taproom isn't huge, but 'smallest brewery ever' is quite an exaggeration, no?

Said smallest brewery I've ever been to, not smallest brewery ever. I'm sure there are smaller, just the smallest one that I've personally seen.

They expanded and the new taproom is nice and spacious and luxurious.

We talking brewery or entire establishment? Because HPB I think is literally in someone's closet/shed.

If we were going smallest overall, Cellarmaker is pretty damn small.

Wasn't HPB's main fermentor in one of the shower stalls?

Homage has a pretty small tasting room and brewery footprint

Just got two fills of that. On a Belgian note I heard Seme Della Vita is tasting really well. This batch has more vanilla from previous batches.

I had a pour while waiting, it's really good, IMHO,the vanilla kind of hides that wonderful pistachio note I loved on the last batch, but for a 9.8% tripel it's insanely drinkable.

    Cheers
