Isn't veteran's day tomorrow? And if they're having this release tomorrow I don't see why they won't retain normal hours today

VD is tomorrow but today is the associated day off for companies that treat VD as a holiday

Someone DM'd me on instagram to offer me $80 for my OH/As-Is teku when they were released. I dont know whos crazier, him or me. No chance I'm waiting on that line, just gonna hope I can snag a T-shirt when the line is gone. Not too optimistic though.

Thank god they offered all 4 variations in teku. I lost sleep worrying if I'd have to drink Triangle Test out of glassware that didn't match each specific hop variant. Only 2 tees though; I'm still not totally comfortable with the idea of wearing a clashing t-shirt while I drink them.

This might be their slowest line ever unless everyone just maxes out on beer and glassware. 4 beers that look similar with essentially the same name, and 8 different glasses with the same problem. How long is it going to take someone to check out that wants different amounts of each?

"So you want 2 4 packs of the T-45 Citra and 1 pack of the T-90, T-45, and Lupulin?"
"No, 2 packs Citra Lupulin and a T-45 Citra glass, and a Lupulin glass"
"Ok, so 2 packs Citra Lupulin and a T-45 Citra glass, and a Lupulin snifter"
"No, 2 packs Citra Lupulin and a Lupulin teku"

People worried whether these beers will last until late Saturday/Sunday don't need to worry, it will, but will still be original people in line waiting .

Having spent a little bit of time outside today I can confidently say that if you line up for this, you have a problem.

If one were to make a 'This is Spinal Tap' style mockumentary about the craft beer industry, I can picture a character (wearing a pink hat adorned with broccoli florets) riding his fixed-gear bicycle, while carrying an overstuffed messenger bag with $150 in glassware and another $200 in cans, back to his 600 sq ft, $1500/month East New York apartment that he splits with 2 dudes and his social media star of a cat.

Glad I grabbed a growler last night though I gotta say the selection wasn't great. I opted for the latest batch of DDH Forever Simcoe, has anyone had it? No way this is leftover from last month's batch right?

Do you happen to remember what was available for fills? Thinking about going there today, but curious what's available. How much was DDH Forever Simcoe going for?

Nigel: It’s very, very special because, if you can see, the dry hopping goes to three. Look…
Marty: Oh, I see. And most dry hopped IPAs go up to double dry hopped.
    Nigel: Exactly.
Marty: Does that mean it’s tastier? Is it any tastier?
Nigel: Well, it’s one tastier, isn’t it? It’s not two. You see, most, most breweries, you know, will be at brewing just twice dry hopped – you’re all the way up, all the way up, all the way up – you’ve twice hopped your beer, where can you go from there? Where?
    Marty: I don’t know.
Nigel: Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Marty: Brew it up to triple dry hopped.
    Nigel: Exactly. One notch.
Marty: Why don’t you just make double dry-hopped tastier and make twice be the top number and make that a little tastier?
Nigel: (pause) These go to triple hopped....

My review for the last batch of Forever Simcoe was merely a two word review... just said "Forever Shitcoe".

I could not disagree more. Those are some of the ugliest glasses I’ve ever seen. It seems like they put minimal, if any, effort into the design. It literally looks like someone just cut the labels in thin strips and taped the strips around the glasses.. At this point, I feel it’d probably be more economical for the resellers to just make a bunch of these themselves using plain glasses—or order them to be custom-made. If volume is high enough, can’t imagine cost being much more than $15/teku, so they could really up their profits..

If you drink T90 out of a T45 teku you're a total asshole.
