What am I going to do on the Metra then? I usually drink.

I need to plan this out like families do outside Wal-Mart after Thanksgiving.

Jon: you go get the GI pour. Stefan: check out Weldworks. Mike, you're scouting out anything rum barrel aged. We all meet back here in 45 seconds.

BAers who went yesterday. I’m working it, but I also got a wristband and badge through work, that I was going to swing a friend’s way. Is the wristband all you need to get in, or is there physics tickets you need to get scanned too? Cant remember how it was done in past years. Don’t want to waste a ticket if I don’t have to.

Brewers need their badge and their wristband. Go in the far right door and check in then you can head up to the lounge and chill

Just got this email from ICBG:

On behalf of the Illinois Craft Brewers Guild, we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced last night with the coat check. We have re-evaluated our system and will have a different process going forward to handle the high volume of coats. If you are still missing any items and would like report them, please email us at [email protected]. We truly appreciate you joining us for our 15th annual Festival of Wood & Barrel Aged Beer. These events would not be possible without your support and confidence in us.

    Sincerely,

    The ICBG, Inc.

I can text pictures of the majority of the listing, but I don’t know how to post.

Ok, I’ll go the extra mile for you. Does this work?

I poured BA 17 and Caliente, was near the More Karma, and my buddy poured Vanilla Medenoche.

There was no coaching to hold anything back for gen pop. However, there was some miscommunication on the bottles and whether or not the 2 boxes underneath the table were for all for session 1 (they were) or 1 box of bottles per session as we originally told.

Once we realized there were 36 bottles per session of medinoche, and not 12, we put them back on.

If you checked untapped, you can get a good idea of what's pouring.

No it was a big booklet in previous years and people posted it.

It’s under “the Lost abbey” - my pictures of the right side are pretty blurry.

Pretty much all the big hitters kicked by 12:30. Crazy.

The early winner so far for me for sours is Arclight's Soursmith Black Raspberry (#279). It's like sticking your face in a bucket of blackberry preserves.

For Stouts, I loved More's BA Karma.

By the way, there were soooo many imbibe early entrants.

Scotch Parabola could be one of the most disgusting beers I've ever tasted. And I've had hombre secreto before.
