Enjoy. I’ll be busy drinking my own tears, a la Jonny Depp in his classic film “Cry Baby,” for having missed out.

Other medal information to share? I was mostly interested in best of show placings and stout category.

Feel like anything I have been wanting to try kicked during vip, and the rest is more readily available to obtain or can trade reasonably for. With the increase in cost, I don't think I'll be going again unless I want to fork out 140 for the vip. When the 'best in show' isn't available for GA, something is wrong.

Went both last night and today's afternoon session... there were so many fantastic BA stouts to go around. It amazes me that so many entitled assholes feel like it's not worth their time because they missed out on 3 of 100 great offerings. Perrenial BA 17 and Spiteful Chocolate Caliente poured for 2 hours, Weldworks lasted for over an hour this afternoon. BA Baptista lasted almost the whole event. 18th Street Hunter Coffee was a hit. Give me a break, it was a great event.

Fremont Rusty Nail was really good, my favorite stout I had the opportunity to try.

I think there was too much beer for me if I don't get blasted for saying that. I tried ~20 or so and I was done. I did love the event and found it pretty easy to get pours but I don't think I would go back.

Wow the GI line was ridiculous the first hour-2, a few big beers blown by the time we got in at 115. After that plenty of awesome stuff w small lines. After goose line was just stoppped by everyone waiting for something,it got crazy. (Few line jumping d bags but overall pretty awesome. Crazy awesome! Cuvée of darkness, bcbs reserve, bcbs coffee never blew. 3 minute wait and back again. Vsoj, bcbs reserve, dbl barrel bcb,cuvée... many servings... amazing! Was much smellier this year, damn Fobaf! Great time again.

Not a great FOBAB glass. The sour room was a highlight. Trve was a winner. Jester King was excellent. Best of show — More BA Karma was truly the best of show. It kicked quickly. A good year without any breakthrough superstars. FOBAB needs to raise the quality/format along with the price.

The black raspberry beer smelled like straight up baby vomit. Sorry, it was bad.

    My top five Fobabulous rankings:

    1. Cerebral Here Be Monsters with Vanilla
    2. Lil Beaver Rye Whole Lotta Wonderful
    3. Rare Barrel Hyper Paradise
    4. GI Prop 17
    5. Fremont Brew 2000

Looks like I missed a lot of the medal winners. I don't know if I just overlooked them or if they weren't on when I went last night.
