Shannon Brewing Irish red - a surprisingly good Irish red from deep in the heart of Texas!

 

#2, this stout arrived in perfect condition in my beer fridge. Loads of chocolate and stone fruit, I love this beer.

 

This. From the can. Now.

 

Went looking for a 4-pack of Pennsylvania Tuxedo this weekend without any luck. Had to settle for a case of this instead.

 

a pretty tasty Gose from the hit or miss Mikkeller brewing.

 

Nothing fancy, but a great blonde ale from Chattanooga. Nice citrus and resiny flavors. Felt like having two of these. Cheers!

 

Haven t posted here in a while, enjoying a very nice local Berliner.

 

On a side note Sierra Nevada Summer pack will be hitting shelves soon so time flying has its advantage LOL.

LOL sorry but I had to, after reading all the posts in the snow pack about early arrival I figured I would jump the gun on the the Summer Pack to get first dibs in.

 

Weyerbacher Insanity while cooking dinner. I like this brewery as well as this beer but the bourbon flavor is really strong

 

Back at the hotel in Stowe after dinner and digging into some VT goodies I picked up a couple hours ago. First up, Upper Pass First Drop-

pennsylvania tuxedo is a surprisingly crave-able beer. i thought it sounded good when they announced it, but i didn't expect it to deliver as hard as it did. excellent fall/winter beer.

edit: ended up getting a third hill farmstead IPA, after reviewing the second: https://www.beeradvocate.com/beer/profile/22511/306577/?ba=Pahn#review . "the third beer" at a bar practically unheard of for me these days, but i couldn't resist.

 

Drink Blithering Idiot instead, it's the base beer.
