Dark Lord (2018)

I haven't opened my FVM17, so I have no idea if it is good. I'm just going by the comments on page 4 of this thread and by someone who told me he poured his out because it tasted like it had soured.....When people are saying drain pour for a $50 beer...

 

I won't specifically call out whomever said that back on page 4 or doubt how something tastes to them, but I will say this...people do lots of dumb stuff and make lots of dumb assumptions. I've heard nothing to suspect FVM '17 is actually infected - it's just a polarizing beer due to the barrels used IMO.

You know what was really funny about that, is it was a troll that didn't have group A tickets (when DLD17 was still being run under the assumptions of first come-first serve) but he still wanted Marshmallow Handjee. He started spreading rumors and sounded like one of those informercials , 'guys, I wouldn't take a chance on that. I'd rather opt for something sure not to be infected'. He also had a source that was 'in' with Three Floyds. The funny part of it was that once it was announced that variants would be randomized, all infection rumors stopped instantly and completely.

 

I feel like I was just posting in the DL 17 thread. This is insane.

 

Imagine how we felt almost a full month ago

 

This is almost as bad as a kid who has to play one sport all year long.

I did this for a month with vanilla extract. I kept having things come up on the weekends so I couldn't drink it. When I finally did it reminded me of a Hostess Suzy Q (in the best way possible). Absolute dessert bomb.
